I love the fact that we can not say that we dont have enough information about how to fast or how to start. God will always make a way and with all the information in this guide we have more than a great way to start and to finish the fast the way the bible tells us to do it.. I know for me this was God and I have done the fast and I have seen God move… I love it…. and I cant wait to see what God is going to do..

    Bless you Miriam,

God is so good. He is raising an army of believers who are willing to put themselves aside to serve Him. I fasted for four weeks in January and plan to start again the day after Easter until Pentecost Sunday. I am seeking the Lord for another breakthrough. He is so awesome!

    Shalom (nothing missing, nothing broken)

Hi Susan. Our church is doing the 21 day Daniel Fast starting the 4th. I’m a diabetic so I really hope to keep this up after were done. Does the cookbook have plenty of recipes for me to keep up as a lifestyle change? I know this is something God wants me to do for my body & soul. Thank You

    • January 2, 2009 at 1:17 pm

      Hi Kim,

Yes, both Version I and Version II of the cookbooks have many recipes that are acceptable for diabetic meals. I do encourage anyone with health issues to check in with their health providers to make sure the eating plan is okay for your specific health needs.

God bless you and your congregation!
